At the 2012 United Way of Cass Clay Annual Meeting, Warner and Company was recognized with two United Way campaign award nominations - Outstanding Employee Campaign Coordinators of the Year and the Frederick W. Donath Campaign Award of Excellence.

Warner and Company's United Way campaign team was led by Jan Monda, Julie Klawiter, Nick Ottney, Becky Tweiten, and Dean Thompson.  The team ran a campaign that raised $35,428 from the agency and 22 employees and retirees.  They did this by getting 100% participation of all employees.  Special events to raise money included: Jeans Days, Penny Wars, raffles, Awful Earring/Ugly Sweater Day contest, a wine tasting, a beer tasting, DVD and CD sales, and a celebrity baby contest.

This was the most successful United Way campaign for Warner and Company in it's 83 year history of United Way campaigns.
